Support the Thirty Percent Coalition

The Thirty Percent Coalition is a one of a kind organization in the US. We represent a broad group of leaders and organizations in the business and nonprofit sectors that support gender diversity.

The members of the Coalition retain their own brand, initiatives, and funding resources as we all work together towards the same goal.

However, as a unified alliance, we are in an extraordinary position to collaborate, support each other’s efforts, enlist others in working towards our goal, and have the kind of impact needed to make significant change.

A good deal of progress has been made since we initially convened at the end of 2011. We have a number of working committees and have achieved success in corporate boards appointing women for the first time. We rely on membership, sponsorship and individual support to pay program costs and related expenses connected to communicating our message and realizing our goal of increasing the number of women in corporate boardroom.
